What we collect
Appointment requests collect your name, phone number, optional email, service, preferred date, patient type and contact preference. Corporate enquiries also collect organisation, employee estimate and programme information. Please do not enter sensitive medical details in free-text notes.
How information is used
Details are stored securely in Lovable Cloud and used by authorised clinic staff to handle your request, contact you and manage its status. Public visitors cannot read submitted enquiries. A limited submission counter helps prevent misuse.
Your choices
Contact lanivisioneyeclinic@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. A final retention period and operational privacy procedures must be agreed by the clinic before launch.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps links open external services with their own privacy policies. WhatsApp messages do not automatically include sensitive medical details. This prototype has no payment checkout or marketing tracker.
